QuietText support
A real person reads every message.
Include your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Please do not paste full texts that contain private information; a short description or a redacted version is enough.
Before you write
- Spam still getting through? See why that happens, then try the Test tab.
- Not sure it is on? Follow the turn-on steps for your iOS version.
- Want a refund? Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
What we can and cannot do
QuietText sorts SMS, MMS and RCS texts from unknown senders. It does not filter iMessage, block calls or block phone numbers, so we cannot help with those.
